GROWWELL360 Ghana Ltd is an agri-service company that provides integrated, mobile livestock management ( veterinary care, farmer training, and market linkage). In six months, we have validated demand by serving 139 farmers who pay for our services. Our hybrid model leverages digital and human touch to build trust and loyalty with smallholder farmers. We seek grant funding to streamline operations, launch targeted empowerment programs, and scale from our current base to serve at least 500 farmers in the next 12 months, proving a sustainable and replicable model

Market Analysis
With 3.1 million agricultural households (2021 PHC), managing about 97.9 million livestock including: Cattle -1.8 million, Sheep – 6.3 million, Goats – 7.8 million, Poultry – 82 million (2021 Livestock Stats). Northern Ghana holds approximately 1.2 million agricultural households estimated to be around 40% of the national total with an exponential growth rate. Upper East Region where we currently operates and intend to scale to other districts within the region have about 197,919 agricultural households and approximately 2.3 million livestock (2021). The Upper East Region has the highest proportion of its population engaged in agriculture nationally (73.4%), underscoring its critical reliance on this sector. We seek to capture about 50 % of the service addressable market.
Competitive Landscape: The veterinary service sector is currently fragmented. Traditional government extension services are overstretched, while private vets are urban-centered and expensive. We compete on proximity, trust, and bundled value.
